We can connect to your computer and take control, even if you are behind a firewall. Seeing what's actually on your computer allows us to solve problems quicker and do remote training.

You must allow ActiveX Controls to load. As soon as you start filling out the form, you should see a security popup, accept the control from LANDesk and allow it to load. There may be a delay in the loading depending on the speed of your internet connection. Click "Always Trust ..." if you think you will have multiple sessions.

No software will be permanently installed, so there won't be any access in the future. If you need to start a new session, you must come back to this page and fill in the form again.

Please call one of the support technicians at Cratin Computing at 215-793-4200 before starting the session. This way they can guide you over the phone. Once you hit "Start Client" another screen will appear on your computer, select "Hide this Dialog." Selecting "Uninstall Now" will close the support session.
